Essential Ingredients:
- 0.4 kg of freshly frozen vegetables (carrots, green beans, green peas and cauliflower);
- 30 gram slice of butter;
- one onion;
- beef tenderloin weighing 0.5 kg;
- dried roots - enough 1 tbsp. l .;
- garlic - 4 cloves;
- 200 g of various boiled mushrooms (chanterelles, ceps, boletus);
- soy sauce;
- a few peas of white pepper;
- 100 g broccoli and 80 g carrots;
- 1.5 l of broth (chicken and turkey);
- leaf salad;
- 300 g of rice of any shape;
- basil - 2-3 branches;
- 70 ml of olive oil.

Step number 1. Put the beef tenderloin on the table. Take a sharp knife in our hand. Cut the meat into steaks. Each of them should be salt and pepper.
Step number 2. In a preheated pan, in which there is olive oil, spread the steaks. Fry on both sides. Beef should acquire a brownish brown crust.
Step number 3. Place the steaks on a baking sheet. On each of them put a little butter (a slice). For 10 minutes, remove in a preheated oven. The recommended temperature for baking meat is 200 ° C.
Step number 4. In the preheated pan, we send the following ingredients: grated carrots, onion cubes and chopped boiled mushrooms. Fry it all using oil. Then transfer to a bowl.
Step No. 5. Pour rice into the empty pan. Pour part of the broth. Cook rice, stirring it with a spoon. Once the broth has evaporated, it is necessary to pour in more. Add defrosted vegetables and chopped broccoli to the rice pan. Sprinkle with dried roots. Solim.
