Ingredients:
- carrots (1/2 kg),
- the same amount of onion and Bulgarian pepper,
- a kilogram of tomatoes

We chop onions, tomatoes and peppers, and grind carrots on a grater. Pour oil into the container, heat it, and then add the onion. We cook it until half ready. After that, put the carrots and simmer for ten minutes, not forgetting to stir. Then add pepper and cook for another five minutes. At the very end we put the tomatoes. Ingredients:
- per kilogram of sweet pepper, carrots and onions,
- five kg of cabbage,
- sugar (320 g)
- vinegar (1/2 l),
- salt (four tablespoons),
- vegetable oil (1/2 liter).
Shred the cabbage, chop the onion in half rings, and grind the carrots on a grater. We mix vinegar, sugar, vegetable oil and salt in a bowl. Pour vegetables with such a marinade and mix them thoroughly. Prepared jar tightly lay the mass and ram it. Keep the workpiece in a cool place.
Mushroom salad
We offer a delicious winter recipe with mushrooms and vegetables. Such a salad can be prepared in the fall.
Ingredients:
- mushrooms (1.5 kg),

Next, pour vinegar, add salt, pepper and chopped garlic. The resulting mass is transferred to banks, which are sterilized in a saucepan (each for seven minutes). After the cans we clog. Pickled cucumbers

Ingredients:
- two sweet peppers
- a kilogram of cucumbers,
- a bunch of dill
- garlic,

Korean zucchini

- ½ kg of currants or lingonberries,
- salt (three tablespoons),
- apple cider vinegar (120 ml).
For harvesting, we need young garlic. We clean it and transfer it to banks. Pour the berries on top and pour the marinade from vinegar, salt and water. You can store the workpiece at room temperature, but always in a dark place.
Zucchini salad
A simple salad recipe for harvesting for the winter is good because it does not require much effort for cooking.
Ingredients:
- garlic (120 g),
- zucchini (three kg),
- 1.5 tbsp. l sugar,
- vinegar (160 g),
- 1.5 tbsp. l.,
- a glass of vegetable oil.
Zucchini salad is prepared not only quickly and simply. My zucchini and cut into circles. Peeled garlic into slices. Mix the ingredients and marinate for three hours. Then put the pan on the fire and bring to a boil. Stew the salad for about 25 minutes. We lay it out on the banks and cork them.
Pepper soup
From Bulgarian pepper you can make a wonderful lecho for the winter.

Wash bell pepper and cut into halves, remove the seeds. Next, cut into slices and transfer to a large pan. Cut the onions and also send to the dishes. We cut tomatoes too. Mix all the vegetables and add oil, salt and sugar. You can also put a little hot pepper. Next, put the pan on the stove and cook its contents for at least an hour, not forgetting to stir. We put the finished lecho into jars and clog it. After cooling, we store it in the pantry or in the cellar.
Eggplant Appetizer
Ingredients:
- five onions
- vegetable oil (120 ml),
- eggplant (three kg),
- three carrots
- seven tomatoes
- tsp salt
- Art. l Sahara,
- vinegar (4 tbsp. l.).
To prepare a delicious snack, it is better to use young eggplant. Wash them and cut them into halves, removing the tails. Preheat the oven. We put foil on a baking sheet and put eggplant on it. Salt them and sprinkle with oil. Next, send the pan for 15 minutes in the oven.
Meanwhile, chop the onions and carrots. And cut the tomatoes into cubes. In a saucepan in oil, fry the onions and carrots, and after a while add tomatoes to them. Then pour sugar and salt, and lay eggplant on top. Mix the mass and add vinegar. We lay out the appetizer in jars, first we put the eggplants, and top with vegetable mass.
We certainly sterilize the jars in hot water for about five to seven minutes.
