  • 3 teaspoons of tea yogurt.

  • 1 cup cornmeal ;

Kefir flakes are soaked overnight. In the morning, salt, baking powder and oil are added to the mixture, mixed. Pour raisins, seeds, sesame seeds, nuts, mix again. Add oatmeal.
