Beautiful and delicious tartlets with cheese

Tartlets are small baskets formed from dough and filled with a variety of fillings. They are made from a very different test: sand, butter, puff and fresh. Tartlets with cheese

We will need: one and a half glasses of flour, half a pack of butter, three eggs, a slice of cheese, two medium tomatoes, half a glass of non-fat cream, fresh herbs, salt, pepper.

And now we begin to cook tartlets with cheese: pour flour into a cup, add salt, chopped butter, one egg and knead well. The finished dough is cooled in the refrigerator. Cheese and tomatoes cut into medium cubes. Finely chop the fresh herbs. Beat cream with eggs, add salt and pepper.

We roll out the chilled dough on the table, cut out small circles and put them into molds, after having greased them with oil. In several places we make punctures and spread greens, cubes of tomatoes and cheese. Fill the filling with whipped cream and egg and put in a preheated oven to 200 degrees.

We bake tartlets with cheese until golden brown. We take it out of the oven, let it cool slightly and carefully remove it from the molds. Cheese tartlets can be served warm and cold. As a decoration, you can put a sprig of fresh herbs.

Tartlets with cheese and salmon

Necessary products: a slice of slightly salted salmon, a slice of soft cheese, 100 grams of butter, fresh herbs.

For tartlets: a bag of breadcrumbs, one egg, a small piece of butter, two tablespoons of water, a pinch of salt.

Cooking

Grated frozen butter. Dice the salmon. Grind greens. Now we put all the ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth or pass through a meat grinder.
We fill the tartlets with filling, decorate with fresh herbs and serve.

Tartlets with cheese and garlic

Necessary ingredients: a large onion, a slice of ham, red bell pepper, two pickled cucumbers, three cloves of garlic, 200 grams of processed cheese, a glass of yogurt, six ready-made tartlets, six olives, a sprig of basil, white pepper, salt.

Cooking

Peel and finely chop the onion. Dice the ham. We wash the pepper, remove the core with seeds and cut into thin strips. Cut pickles into small cubes. Peel the garlic and pass through the garlic press.
Knead the cheese thoroughly with a fork, combine with all the chopped products, sprinkle with pepper, salt and mix. Now pour the yogurt and mix again. We spread the resulting mixture in tartlets, decorate with basil and rings of olives.

Tartlets with caviar and cheese

We will need: one jar of red caviar, ready tartlets, two processed cheese, a jar of mayonnaise, one clove of garlic and fresh herbs.

Cooking

Finely rub the cheese on a grater, having previously cooled it in the refrigerator, so it rubs better. Grind the garlic, add mayonnaise, grated cheese and mix well. We spread the filling in tartlets and put the red caviar on top.
We put lettuce leaves on a wide dish, then ready tartlets and decorate with sprigs of greenery.
