Technological process

First, prepare the meat. As usual - rinse, remove excess moisture. Cut the flesh into long thin slices that look like strips. Their length is not less than 4-5 centimeters. Correct cutting - along the fiber.

We heat a frying pan with a thick bottom and high sides. Pour vegetable oil to the bottom. Glow it. We spread the garlic in this oil and fry it for literally 1-2 minutes, no more. Take out of the pan.

- beef - 500-600 grams;
- bell pepper - 3 pieces (if you want a brighter dish - add colorful peppers);
- green beans - 300 grams;
- onions - 2 pieces;
- garlic - 2-7 teeth;
- soy sauce - 100 milliliters;
- vegetable oil, not having an aroma, - 130 milliliters;
- apple (or rice) vinegar - 30 milliliters;
- potato starch - 100-130 grams;
- ground pepper (red and black) - a pinch;
- dry mustard - optional;
- salt is optional.
How to cook
Let's make a marinade. Mix soy sauce, three crushed garlic cloves and vinegar in a deep cup.
We wash and clean from inedible elements beef tenderloin. Cut the meat into thin, long slices. We spread the prepared beef in the marinade, sprinkling pepper and mustard powder. We set the meat aside for forty minutes.
While it is pickling, we need to prepare all the vegetables. Peel the onion. Shred it in half rings. We clean the seeds from the pepper and, after washing it, cut into long narrow strips. If you have green beans in your recipe, cut each pod into three or four parts.
The meat is pickled. Bread pieces in starch and, having warmed a frying pan with vegetable oil, fry beef. The oil should hide the bottom by one and a half centimeters. Fry over high heat. So that the meat does not stick together, mix the pieces as soon as they seize in boiling oil. We prepare the product for 12-15 minutes.
We take out the fried strips of beef and put it in another bowl. We need the oil left over from frying. We will cook vegetables on it. Put the bell pepper, mix and fry for one minute. Add the onion and fry it again for a minute with pepper. We take out the vegetables with a slotted spoon and send it to the meat.
Fry the beans in the remaining oil. The cooking time is 3-4 minutes. We spread it to meat with other vegetables.
Add the remaining oil from the pan and a tablespoon of fresh. Crush the garlic (3-4 teeth). Sub-powder of ground red pepper. Mix everything and warm the beef in soy sauce in Chinese for 3-5 minutes. You can serve with rice, funchose or eat as an independent dish.
