You can prepare a dish using a simple set of ingredients:

  • medium sized zucchini;
  • one large carrot;
  • mayonnaise;
  • garlic, chili pepper and herbs.

1st step

Wash zucchini, cut into wide (3 cm) rings. If you want to make the dish rolls, then cut the zucchini into petals. It is better to cut diagonally, so you get the largest possible surface for laying out the filling. Fry the zucchini until soft.

2nd step

Using a grater, chop carrots. Fry it in oil. Put garlic, chili (chopped) and mayonnaise in it.

3rd step

Place the dish in layers: the zucchini should be the first, then the carrot layer. Sprinkle with pepper on top and hold in the oven until it melts. If you made rolls, then wrap the carrot filling in each zucchini petal.

  • a couple of zucchini weighing about 500 grams;
  • a few cloves of garlic;

  • about 3 kg of squash;
  • a pair of hot peppers;
  • several shares of garlic;
  • a can (400 grams) of tomato paste;
  • a glass (200 grams) of sunflower oil ;
  • several bow heads;
  • about 600 grams of fresh carrots;
  • a glass of vinegar 5% (200 grams);
  • salt (tablespoon with a slide).

Preparing a savory meal of zucchini as follows. Peel and chop the vegetables first. Zucchini - straws, pepper - in small slices. Dilute the tomato paste with water. You should get 1 liter juice. Peel and chop the onions. Using a grater, grate the carrots. Fry it with the onion in a pan. Mix vegetables, put salt, oil, if necessary - sugar. Stew prepared foods for 20 minutes. Zucchini should become soft. Pour vinegar a few minutes before the end. Prepare the jars - they need to be sterilized along with the lids. Arrange the appetizer in containers and tighten. Set to cool.

Spicy zucchini with bell pepper

Ingredients

  • several medium sized zucchini;
  • tomato juice from tomatoes (about 3 kg of fruit);
  • bell pepper weighing about 1 kg;
  • garlic about 100 grams;
  • 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil and sugar;
  • table vinegar - 150 ml;
  • salt - 4 tablespoons.

Cooking technology

Mix chopped tomatoes (or tomato juice) with sugar, butter, salt, and vinegar. Bring to a boil. Grind pepper and zucchini. Throw them in boiling juice. Let it boil again. Cook for half an hour, at the end you need to add garlic. Put the finished mixture in jars. Roll up the lids.
