Mixed salads are among those unique dishes that are appropriate in any situation. In addition, such snacks are much easier and faster to prepare than a layered option. Here, as in many categories, there is a division into everyday and holiday menus. We present some recipes of mixed salads, almost always relevant. A step-by-step description greatly simplifies the task of creating such a salad, even for inexperienced culinary specialists.

"Glutton" with corn and liver

With almost no effort, the cooked masterpiece can be used both as an everyday dish and in the festive menu. Products for mixed salad:

  • beef liver - a pound;
  • crackers - 150 grams;
  • boiled eggs - 4 pieces;
  • onion - 2 pieces;
  • boiled carrots - 2 pieces;
  • corn - 1 can;
  • lean oil (odorless) - 4 tablespoons;
  • mayonnaise - to taste;
  • salt and greens to taste.

First of all, you need to take time to prepare the liver. Any mixed salad with liver will be much tastier if the offal is previously soaked in cold water with the addition of milk. Take a glass of milk per liter of water. In this liquid, leave the raw liver for 5–8 hours in a cool place. Then drain it. Before preparing such a simple mixed salad, rinse offal and cook it after boiling water for 40 minutes. Cool and cut off anything unfit for consumption. This includes ducts and a film covering the surface of the offal.

The following points for preparing this mixed salad with liver are among the easiest:

  1. Grate the carrots. Peel and randomly chop eggs.
  2. Fry the onions quickly until golden in oil. Three minutes before the end of cooking the onions add carrots to the pan.
  3. The liver can be cut into thin strips, but it is more convenient to use a Korean grater to grind it.
  4. The final stage of cooking. Stir the liver, chilled onions and carrots. It is better not to send the excess oil formed to the salad. Add salt, eggs, mayonnaise. 10 minutes before putting the dish on the table, open a packet of crackers and enter them into the composition. We also send corn here.   1. If you decide to cook the chicken fillet: rinse it and cook for 20-30 minutes. Check for readiness. It is better to salt the fillet in the middle of cooking. Then we take out the finished meat and, having cooled, cut into medium pieces. Sauté chicken fillet by slicing and slightly salting. Use olive oil preferably. Fry on each side until cooked (4-5 minutes).
  2. We divide tomatoes into 2–4 parts. We chop the eggs coarsely.

  • ham - 200-300 grams;
  • salt and mayonnaise to taste.

We wash the vegetables. We cut cucumbers and peppers arbitrarily. Ham must also be minced as you like. Stir in a salad bowl components and add canned beans and corn. Pre-drain all liquid from canned food.

"Emerald" with ham

Beautiful name for a delicious salad. We will need:

  • 1 onion;
  • hard cheese - 100 grams;
  • canned champignons - 150 grams;
  • eggs - 3 pieces;
  • ham - 200 grams (you can replace the component with boiled chicken breast meat);
  • fresh cucumber - 2 pieces;
  • salt and mayonnaise.

First, boil and peel the eggs. Then wash the cucumbers. Remove everything inedible from the bulb. Three cheese on a grater of any fraction.

Fry the onion in vegetable oil. Dice the mushrooms and fry them in a pan with butter. Dice eggs and ham.

In a deep cup, mix all the ingredients except the cucumbers. Add mayonnaise. We form a hemisphere from the resulting salad. Place on a flat dish.

Cut fresh cucumbers in very thin strips and, pressing one of the sides of the strip, form a decoration on the surface of the salad. Usually ribbons of cucumbers are laid out in the form of a rose.

Simple salad with cucumbers and chicken

  • 400 grams of boiled chicken;
  • canned corn - 1 can;
  • 2 eggs;

Wash and peel the carrots and beets. Three root vegetables on a fine grater. Add a few cloves of garlic, pushing it through a press. Add a little salt and season with mayonnaise. After three to five minutes, such a salad can be eaten. You can add a little corn kernels to it.
