When murders, scuffles and base humor poured out on the screen in a thick stream on the viewer, it is so nice to see a good film about boyish friendship, first school love and dog fidelity.

The film is called Honest Pioneer. He is about those times when these words meant a lot - about the middle of the seventies of the last century. Once upon a time there were two sixth-grade boys in the neighborhood, studied in the same class and were friends. Mishka’s dad is a big boss, and Dimkin’s parents build BAM, and a severe grandmother is engaged in raising a grandson. Boys are like boys: lively and a little careless, regularly falling into different stories for this reason.
Savva
This is probably the main character of the film "Honest Pioneer" - a clever dog that saved sinking friends. The guys found themselves in the river because of the ridiculous scuffle that they arranged right on the railing of the bridge. The first to fall into the water was not able to swim Bear, Dimka rushed to save him and almost drowned himself. It would have ended sadly if it were not for Savva: the clever dog successfully pulled the boys out of the water. But, as it turned out, the new four-legged friend has no owner, and he is in danger: the furrier Amanita literally wants to hide the skin of a poor dog. The boys take care of Savva. The obstacle in the form of a categorical refusal of adults to take a dog into the house creates an avalanche of troubles and problems for boys and a dog. The film "Honest Pioneer" is also about the fact that adults rarely hear children. Sometimes only real trouble makes parents understand their own child.
First love
Let's go back to the very beginning of the film “Honest Pioneer”: the reason for the quarrel between friends was Mishka’s love for a classmate. Dima snorted contemptuously and wondered: what did his friend find in this girl? The bear stubbornly did not admit to his sympathy. Because of whom did such passions flare up? Frankly speaking, the object is worthy in all respects: it’s smart, and beautiful, and knows how to make friends (I was not afraid to go against the will of the school principal, protecting the boys). And her dream is unusual. What did the girls of those years want to become ? Artists, doctors or teachers. And our heroine wanted to become ... a clown!
Think about the Motherland before, and then about yourself
On this and similar slogans, the young generation was brought up in Soviet times. There was no alternative: the public is always more important than the private. But what if this particular situation is the saving of the life of a friend, even a four-legged one? For two friends there was only one solution: burn with a blue flame this is “public”, Savva must be saved at all costs! As a result, Mishka, who is terribly afraid of water, crosses the river for the sake of saving a friend and a dog, his father finally hears and understands his son, and the "demonstrative flogging" arranged by the school principal for his friends turns into a triumph of Dima and Mishka. In the midst of execution, a policeman appears at the school and announces that the boys helped to catch a dangerous criminal. The film "Honest Pioneer" 2013 release, but the atmosphere of the seventies is recreated in it amazingly accurately and carefully. Sometimes you look at the screen and find out your childhood.
