Alexander Savelyev is a theater and film actor with Russian citizenship. Pupil V.A. Grammatikova. A native of St. Petersburg. His track record has eight cinematic roles, most of which are episodic. Starred in films of genres: drama, history, melodrama. He currently serves at the Cherry Orchard Theater Center, where he has been working since 2014. Prior to that, he was a member of the troupe of the Musical Theater of V. Nazarov, where he worked from 2013 to 2014. The cinematic debut took place in 2008, when he played a role in the episode of the series "The Engagement Ring". He worked together with the actors: Sergey Makovetsky, Artem Grigoryev, Sergey Serov, Olga Dibtseva, Sergey Barkovsky and others. Biography
Alexander Savelyev was born in the city of St. Petersburg on March 20, 1992. He began his career with admission to the Lyceum of Arts, where he ended up in the acting department. Later he became a student at VGIK, from whose walls he left in 2013. A year earlier, he got a job as an actor in the Moscow Art Theater Partnership. In 2013 he was admitted to the V. Nazarov Theater. A year later, he began to serve in the Theater Center "Cherry Orchard", where he works as an actor to this day.
Theatrical roles
Alexander Savelyev participates in the play "Tartuffe", created by stage director Alexander Vilkin. The theatrical production, which is based on the immortal work of Moliere, lasts 110 minutes.
The actor also enters the stage of the Cherry Orchard Theater Center as a performer of one of the roles in the play “Wolves and Sheep” by A. N. Ostrovsky. Director Alexander Vilkin invites viewers to evaluate his version of the comedy by A. N. Ostrovsky, the duration of which is 195 minutes. The musical design of the performance was created by composer Nikita Shirokov.
On the theatrical stage, Alexander Savelyev can also be seen in the play by F. M. Dostoyevsky “Crime and Punishment”, staged by director Sergei Kovalev. In 2008, the actor flashed in the series “The Engagement Ring” of the melodrama genre. The beginning of this story is crowned by a meeting on a train to Moscow of three people: Nastya, Olga and Igor. Nastya goes to the capital to visit her father, an academician who does not even realize that he has a daughter somewhere. Olya goes to Moscow to meet a rich guy and marry him. Doctor Igor is eager to take revenge on those who were involved in the death of his parents.

In 2010, actor Alexander Savelyev takes part in the creation of the documentary series "Sevastopol Tales", which helps to tell the heroic story of the city of Sevastopol. The starting point of this fascinating historical visual narrative is the events of the reign of Catherine the Great, when this city was founded. The script for this cinematic project is a collection of memoirs, archival information and eyewitness accounts.
