String Beans with Egg - Simple and Delicious

Beans are a very nutritious product. A separate line among its many varieties is green beans. It has a more delicate structure, cooks quickly and tastes good. The most common way to cook it is string beans with an egg. However, despite all its simplicity, there are a large number of options for this dish. They depend on the ingredients used.

Take the easiest way to make beans with an egg. To do this, it is not necessary to boil green beans in advance. It has a delicate taste, and therefore you just need to give it a little boiling water. For young pods this will be enough. But if you still want to boil it, then the cooking time should not be more than 5-7 minutes. Then we recline it into a colander, letting excess liquid drain. Put the beans in a frying pan with the addition of butter, and lightly fry. Then beat the eggs and fill them with our dish. Salt and pepper should be at your discretion. You can also use any seasoning. We cover the pan with a lid and wait for the green beans with the egg to be ready.

You can complicate the recipe a bit. To do this, cut fresh tomatoes and onions into cubes. Fry them in a pan. Next, add the string beans to them. For convenience, you can cut it into small pieces. Stew all the ingredients, salt and sprinkle with any seasonings. After that we drive in the eggs and mix. Sprinkle with greens on top. String beans with egg and vegetables are ready.

You can make a dish of beans and in the oven. To do this, it must be washed and cut into pieces. Then boil for 5-7 minutes in water with the addition of salt. At this time, fry the chopped onions in small cubes in a pan. For frying, use olive oil. After that we add to it chopped Bulgarian pepper and boiled beans. Then pour finely chopped tomatoes and chopped greens into the pan. Mix everything, add any spices and salt to taste. Then put the vegetables in a mold and fill with eggs mixed with sour milk. We send everything into the oven and bake until a beautiful, golden crust appears on top.

You can make a light salad, which will include green beans with an egg. To do this, boil 200 grams of green beans in salt water. The cooking time is minimal (5 minutes) so as not to digest and preserve useful properties. Hard boiled eggs too. In a salad bowl, cut the beans into small pieces and dice the eggs. Add to them diced bell pepper. Then add salt and pepper to the salad. After that, fill it with mayonnaise and mix. This is a quick and very healthy salad.

Beat the yolks and add salt, herbs, any spices, a little flour and whipped whites to them. Then we connect the bean pods in a few pieces. To do this, you can use cheese pigtail or just chop them with toothpicks. Next, dip each bundle into the prepared mixture and fry in a pan, with several tablespoons of vegetable oil. Serve with chopped vegetables or meat.

When preparing green beans, you can use any ingredients. It combines meat products and vegetables very well. You can fry blanched beans, then add smoked chicken breast, any vegetables and pour eggs on it. A few minutes before complete readiness, you need to sprinkle the dish with grated cheese and cover with a lid so that it melts. Garnish with greens before serving.
