Ingredients:

  • Zucchini - 2 pcs.
  • Onion - 1 pc.
  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • Olive oil - 1 tbsp.
  • Ground beef - 250 gr.
  • Tomato paste - 1 tbsp.
  • Dried basil - 1 tablespoon
  • Curry - 1 tbsp
  • Dried Oregano - 1 tbsp
  • Sugar-free almond paste - 2 tbsp.
  • Tomato - 2 pcs.
  • Paprika - 1 tbsp.
  • Cheese - 100 gr.
  • Salt, pepper - to taste.
  • Fresh basil to decorate the finished dish.

Cooking:

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees
  2. Wash the zucchini, peel and cut into 4-5 mm thick plates.
  3. Peel the onion and garlic, finely chop. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onions and garlic until golden brown. Add minced meat, stir fry. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Add the tomato paste, basil, curry, oregano, chopped tomatoes and paprika to the pan, mix everything thoroughly and simmer for 7-10 minutes under a closed lid.
  5. Almond mousse diluted with 50 ml of water, salt.
  6. Put the bottom of the form in strips of zucchini, lay a layer of minced meat on top, add 2 tablespoons of almond sauce. Repeat layers 2-3 times. Sprinkle with grated lasagna cheese.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes. When serving, garnish with fresh basil.

  • Boiled peeled potatoes - 600 g.
  • Shallots - 2 pcs.
  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • Butter - 2 tbsp.
  • Frozen Spinach - 675 gr.
  • Cream - 250 ml.
  • Eggs - 4 pcs.
  • Nutmeg - 1 pc.
  • Cheese - 100 gr.
  • Salt, pepper - to taste.

Cooking:

  1. Peel onions and garlic, cut into cubes, fry in hot butter. Add spinach and simmer over low heat under a closed lid until it is completely softened. Add 2/3 of the cream to the pan, season with salt, pepper and grated nutmeg. Leave on for 3 minutes with the lid closed.
  2. Cut the potatoes into circles and put in a greased baking dish. Add spinach. Make a deepening with a spoon and drive eggs into it. Add the remaining cream and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake at 180 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
