Italian meat recipes always include unusual seasonings and spices, such as capers. These are unbroken buds of caper tree, very spicy in taste, they are pickled in advance and sold in jars, however, it is difficult to find them. They are sold in large supermarkets. We will prepare beef with capers in Italian, in Italy this dish is called “carne pazziola”.

To prepare this dish we need 500 grams of young veal, olive oil, 3 cloves of garlic, 3 fresh tomatoes, 100 grams of black olives, a third of a can of salted capers, salt and oregano to taste.

Then we pass the tomatoes through a meat grinder (by the way, you can use tomato paste or sauce, as you like) and put them in a pan in which we have fried garlic, simmer for about 10 minutes. Next, we also send the olives to the tomato mass, let it be stewed a little. We drain the water from the capers, combine with the tomato mass, sprinkle plenty of oregano, salt and let it stew. In the meantime, cut the veal into thin slices and put it into the aromatic tomato mixture and simmer until fully cooked. As a side dish, you can cook mashed potatoes. These are the recipes for meat in Italy that are often used for cooking meat dishes.

By the way, in France they also cook amazing meat dishes. For example, meat in French. We simply call it “meat under a fur coat”. For this dish, any meat will fit - beef, chicken, lamb or pork. My friend cooks from rabbit meat, it turns out very tasty. We will cook with chicken. So, we need 400 grams of chicken, for a fur coat - potatoes, onions, carrots, hard cheese (100 grams is enough), mayonnaise, salt and greens.

Lubricate the baking dish with oil. Cut the chicken fillet into a small cube and distribute along the bottom of the form, salt, you can pepper a little. Grate the carrots, chop the onion, mix everything and cover the meat. Top with a little salt. Next, wash the potatoes, peel and cut into thin sticks. We combine mayonnaise and chopped greens, mix with potatoes and spread on carrots. Bake the meat under a fur coat for half an hour, then take it out, sprinkle with grated cheese and put it back into the oven for 10 minutes. Here is such a hearty dinner you can cook.

In general, meat recipes are good in that you can experiment with them, make something of your own. And you can completely replace one type of meat with another. For example, the recipe is pork, and you can cook beef, such as meatballs. For cooking, we need 700 grams of beef, two medium onions, a slice of white bread, 1 egg, salt and 200 grams of rice. Pass the beef through a meat grinder, along with onion and white bread. We mix everything, add washed rice, beaten egg, salt the meat mass, mix again and sculpt the meatballs. You can cook them in different ways: you can boil, you can stew in tomato sauce with a little water, but I like to bake in the oven. As a side dish, you can use mashed potatoes, stew vegetables or cook porridge, by the way, porridge is very useful, any. Of course, you can also experiment with this recipe, for example, use homemade minced meat (50% beef and 50% pork), or minced chicken. It turns out very tasty. Try it, you won’t regret it.
