- In another container, beat the eggs, gradually adding cubes of softened margarine (0.15 kg) and flour.
- Punch the dough with a mixer to a homogeneous state at medium speed. Then, gently add all the dough over a teaspoon, without stopping whipping, but at low speeds. When the mass becomes homogeneous, remove the dough to the side, cover with a cloth and leave for 2 hours. Keep the dough warm.
- Remove the finished dough from the container and divide into three identical pieces. Also divide the remaining margarine into three parts.
- Roll out each third of the dough into a 1 cm thick circle. Cut the margarine into 6 mm plates. Put it on two-thirds of the obtained cakes. Bend the free space of the cake to the middle, blocking the remaining third. Then cover it with this remaining part. The result is a rectangle one third wide of the original tortilla.
- Roll out the rectangle so that the thickness is 1 cm again. Pack the dough in a film and put in the freezer for 25 minutes. Then fold again in three and roll again. Again, put in the freezer, roll again. So repeat 5 times. Do the same with the rest of the test.
