Following the recipe for the filling for the pie with chicken and cabbage, first boil the poultry meat. It is better to do this by adding a fragrant laurel leaf to the chicken stock. Cook the meat until cooked.

Shred cabbage thinly. We remove the coarse blotches. We will pick leaves from thyme stems.

Peel the onion, remove unnecessary and chop finely. We wash the carrots and, having peeled off the peel, process the root crop on a grater of any fraction. You can cut the carrots with a knife.

  1. Prepare chicken pulp for frying. Rinse and chop it as you like.

  • one large onion;
  • butter - 40-60 grams (successfully replaced with non-aromatic lean oil in an amount of 20-40 milliliters);

  • freshly ground black (or red) pepper - a pinch for flavor.

Chicken pulp is cut into pieces of the required size. But no need to do too large.

We carefully wash the potatoes and peel the peel from the root crops. Also remove the blotches "eyes". Ready pure potatoes let lie in cold water for now. They will be useful to us soon.

Soak the dill in a bowl of cool water for 10 minutes. We take out the greens and remove excess moisture. You can shake it off or blot the spicy grass with a paper towel. Then we cut the grass with a sharp knife as we want. Someone prefers very finely chopped green mass, while others prefer it when large dill.
