Khachapuri is a traditional national dish of Georgian cuisine. It is a cheese cake. There are several types of this dish. To prepare this dish you will need:
β€’ one teaspoon of sugar;
β€’ eight eggs;
β€’ one teaspoon of dry yeast;

β€’ half a kilogram of flour;
β€’ 600 grams of suluguni cheese;
β€’ salt.

Adjarian Khachapuri, recipe:

1. We collect warm water into a bowl and drive one egg there. All mix well.
2. Then add sugar and salt.
3. Sift the flour and add to the dough, and at the end add the shiver.
4. Knead our dough well and cover with a towel. Then put in a warm place so that the dough fits a little.
5. The dough should stand for about an hour. During this time, it should double in volume.
6. When the dough is suitable, you need to knead it and leave it for another half hour.

8. Once again, crush the dough and divide into five parts. Next, each part must be rolled into an oval shape. We spread the filling on the dough so that it does not fill the edges. After the filling is laid out, you need to wrap the dough so that it resembles a boat in shape and coat it with an egg.
9. Preheat the oven and bake Adjarian khachapuri in it for about half an hour. Then we take out the pan, drive the egg into the middle of each boat and put the pan in the oven again until the egg turns white.

For cooking you will need:
β€’ about four hundred grams of flour;
β€’ one hundred grams of butter (soft);

β€’ approximately 500-700 grams of any salted cheese (preferably suluguni).

The process of making Georgian khachapuri:

1. Pour flour into a bowl and add butter. We knead everything thoroughly with our hands. Then add sour cream (kefir) and stir for fifteen to twenty minutes. After adding soda and again knead for five to ten minutes.
