  • 1 incomplete glass of beans;
  • 0.5 tablespoons of rice;
  • 0.5 tablespoon buckwheat;
  • 2 large onions;
  • 2 medium carrots;
  • 1 tbsp. l with the top of tomato paste;
  • 2 tbsp. l creamy unsalted butter;
  • salt;
  • fragrant seasonings to taste.

Soak the beans and barley separately at night. After swelling (after 10-12 hours), rinse the food several times with water. Then boil them until half cooked, drop them into a colander. Cooking steps

Boil the cereals until a friable semi-finished mass is obtained. Pour dried fruit over boiling water, then rinse in cold water. Mix the pearl barley porridge with sugar, candied fruit and "dried".
