'Nise' for children

Nise for children is prescribed as an anesthetic, antipyretic . The drug belongs to the group of non-steroidal drugs that have anti-inflammatory effects.

Nise for children is available in tablets that are smooth and convex on both sides. The color is white with a slight yellowish tinge, tablets may be soluble. There is also a suspension, which is yellow and very pleasant in taste and smell. The liquid version of the drug during long-term storage has the property of being divided into two phases, therefore it is recommended to shake it intensively before use. Among other things, there is also Nise in the form of a gel. It is applied to the skin of the painful area, rubbed to a uniform layer. This procedure helps with joint diseases.

The main active ingredient of the drug is nimesulide. Nise is a children's drug, but it is strongly recommended that children only be taken after 12 years of age, except in special cases. The drug relieves pain syndromes of various etiologies: toothache, neurogenic, such as sciatica, sciatica, migraine and neuropathy, as well as post-traumatic and postoperative.

It is also taken as an antipyretic if the increase in body temperature occurs against a background of inflammatory and infectious diseases, and of any organs and tissues. In addition, in the presence of such complex diseases as arthritis, arthrosis, myalgia and arthralgia in children, a Nise nursery is also prescribed. Instructions for use advises taking the drug in the following doses. For children weighing more than 40 kilograms, the drug is prescribed 100 milligrams twice a day. For those who have a weight of less than 40 kilograms, when taking the drug, it is necessary to calculate the dose: 3-5 milligrams per 1 kilogram of body weight. The resulting amount should be divided into two or three doses. If the medicine is prescribed for a child from two to 12 years old, then it is better to take in the form of a suspension or soluble tablets.

It is strongly not recommended to take the drug for more than 10 days. If for some reason there is a need for a longer use, then monitoring of the condition of the kidneys and liver is mandatory. Nise has the property of enhancing the effects of certain drugs belonging to the group of cardiac glycosides, as well as certain diuretics and those prescribed to reduce blood coagulation. Enhances the effect of anticancer drugs, as well as treating diabetes.

Nise for children has some contraindications. The drug is not prescribed:

  • children under two years old;
  • with diabetes;
  • with bleeding disorders;
  • with diseases of the liver, kidneys;
  • if there is an individual intolerance to the constituent substances.

The medicine can cause side effects: from the gastrointestinal tract it can be vomiting, nausea, heartburn or pain; on the part of the central nervous system - drowsiness, depression and dizziness. There may be a violation of blood coagulation, as well as a side effect may be in the form of an allergic reaction: edema, rash, anaphylaxis and bronchospasm.

The drug "Nise" for children in tablets is available in blister packs of 10 pieces. The suspension is poured into a dark glass container and has a dosing cap.

The main substance of the drug - nimesulide, is completely absorbed from the intestine into the blood. If taken with food, this process can significantly increase in time, but this will not affect its concentration in any way. The optimal content of a substance in the blood is achieved approximately two hours after ingestion. All nimesulide metabolites penetrate well and actively into tissues and organs, including they are easily absorbed into the focus of inflammation. After the drug is decomposed in the liver into metabolism, it is excreted from the body with feces and urine.
