The drug "Dynamic" describes the instructions for use as a tool that is an inhibitor of PDE5 and is intended for the treatment of erectile dysfunction. This medicine in a relatively short time is able to completely eliminate existing disorders by increasing blood flow in the male genital organ. The basis of the action of the drug "Dynamic" (instructions for use confirms this) is the release of
nitric oxide directly in the cavernous body, which, in turn, activates the enzyme guanylate cyclase and causes relaxation of the muscles of the vessels. As a result of all these processes, the flow of blood to the penis increases significantly. At the same time, a pronounced pharmacological effect from the use of such a medicinal product as the Dynamo drug is achieved only if there is a certain sexual stimulation. In addition, it has a short-term mild hypotensive effect, which, however, in most cases does not have a clinical manifestation as a result of taking the doses recommended by the manufacturer.
This drug is produced in the form of biconvex tablets of blue color, which as a main component may contain twenty-five, fifty or one hundred milligrams of sildenafil. Additional substances are croscarmellose sodium,
magnesium stearate, hyprolose, microcrystalline cellulose and colloidal
silicon dioxide.
Take Dynamo tablets, the instructions for use recommend, as already mentioned, in order to treat erectile dysfunction, which is characterized by the inability to maintain or achieve an erection of the penis, which is necessary for a satisfactory sexual intercourse. Moreover, the use of this drug is strictly prohibited for men for whom sexual activity is extremely undesirable. The latter, for example, may be associated with the presence of severe heart failure, unstable angina, arterial hypotension, arterial hypertension and any other cardiovascular disease.
Myocardial infarction, retinitis pigmentosa and degenerative disorders of the retina are also reasons for the cancellation of the drug "Dynamic". Tablets (patient reviews indicate this) have a positive effect only if the prescribed dosage is observed. Also, do not take the medicine at the same time as ritonavir, organic nitrates or nitric oxide donors. In addition, it is forbidden to prescribe this drug to people under the age of eighteen and those who suffer from liver failure or individual intolerance to sildenafil.
With great caution, it is necessary to use these tablets for obstructive cardiomyopathy of the hypertrophic type, systemic atrophy and aortic stenosis. Men with anatomical deformity of the penis are also advised to abandon the use of the drug "Dynamic". Instructions for use do not recommend taking it for people with a lactase deficiency, lactose intolerance, leukemia or multiple myeloma.
