Traditional dishes of foreign cuisine have long become our desired and dearly beloved dishes: oriental pilaf, Ukrainian dumplings, Japanese sushi, Spanish gazpacho soup, Italian pizza. Not so long ago, a new overseas dish called "Lasagna" has appeared in modern cooking. The dish first appeared in Italy, it is a kind of casserole, sprinkled with sauce and consisting of several layers of thin dough and filling. The dough for lasagna should be exclusively from durum wheat, and for the filling it is recommended to use minced meat, vegetables and cheese. Traditionally, baked lasagna with bechamel cream sauce.

Chicken and Tomato Lasagna

To make lasagna you will need the following products:

  • 500 g of cherry tomatoes;
  • 500 g of chicken;
  • 400 g sheets of lasagna;
  • 250 ml of broth;
  • 150 ml of white wine;
  • 50 ml of milk;
  • olive oil;
  • flour (2 tablespoons);
  • tomato paste (3 tablespoons);
  • butter;
  • 3 pcs. onions;
  • 2 carrots;
  • nutmeg, pepper, salt.

Lasagna with chicken and tomatoes is cooked for 1 hour. Peel the carrots and onions, chop finely and fry a little in a pan with the addition of olive oil. Roll the chicken breasts through a meat grinder. Fry the resulting mince for three minutes along with carrots and onions. Then pour white wine into a pan with minced meat and simmer a little more all the ingredients over high heat. Pour the broth into the pan with minced meat and simmer until the liquid evaporates. When the liquid from the pan evaporates, add the tomato paste to the minced meat, mix thoroughly and simmer for 20 minutes under the closed lid. At the end, add some salt, grated nutmeg and ground pepper.

The baked lasagna with chicken and tomatoes will be served with bechamel sauce. Cooking the sauce. Place the butter in a small saucepan and melt it over low heat. Pour a little flour into the oil pan and spasser for 3 minutes. Pour the milk into the pan and bring the sauce to a boil. At the end of cooking, add salt and pepper. The sauce is ready.

Take the baking dish. Grease the bottom of the mold with butter, put the halved tomatoes and pour the sauce. Lay sheets of lasagna on top. Place 1/3 of the minced chicken fillings on the lasagna leaf , pour the sauce and lay the lasagna sheets again . In total, three layers of minced meat should turn out. On the last sheet, put the halves of the cherry tomato, pour the sauce and bake at 180 degrees in the oven for 40 minutes.

Lasagna with Chicken and Mushrooms

For this dish you will need the following products:

  • 800 g of minced chicken;
  • 400 g of Russian cheese;
  • 200 g of processed cheese;
  • 300 g flour;
  • 500 g of champignons;
  • 1 liter of milk;
  • medium onions (2 pcs.);
  • 1 carrot;
  • garlic (5 cloves);
  • tomato paste (2 tablespoons);
  • vegetable oil;
  • egg (3pcs.);
  • 100 g butter;
  • spices, salt.

Cooking the filling. Three carrots on a grater, finely chop the garlic and onions, fry everything in a pan. Add the prepared minced meat to the pan and fry for 15 minutes. Then put the tomato paste and simmer the filling for 5 minutes. Cut mushrooms and three on a grater two types of cheese.

Cooking bechamel. In a saucepan, soften the butter, pour the flour, stirring, simmer the sauce for 3 minutes. Then pour in the milk and cook the bechamel until thickened.

We prepare sheets for lasagna. Separate egg yolks from proteins. In a bowl, mix the yolks of three eggs, 200 g of flour and 2 tables. tablespoons of drinking water. Knead the dough thoroughly and roll out a thin cake, which we then cut into rectangles of equal size. Cook the rectangles in a pot of boiling water for no more than five minutes. After the sheets for lasagna are finally welded, we take them out of boiling water, lower them for a while in a container of cold water and put them on a dry, clean cloth to remove excess moisture.

Lay out the layers of lasagna, meat filling, chopped mushrooms and 0.5 parts protein in layers. Lasagna with minced chicken is poured 1/3 cream of bechamel cream sauce and sprinkled with grated cheese. Then we again lay out a sheet of lasagna, on top we put the same filling on it, sprinkle with cheese, pour over the sauce. Put the form in a preheated oven for 25 minutes.
