This is a delicious and easy recipe. For it, take two types of sausage, but, in principle, you can take any meat products, such as sausages and smoked sausage, add boiled meat and so on. For this recipe for pasta with sausage, you need to take the following ingredients:
- 50 grams of smoked and boiled sausage;
- 200 grams of any pasta;
- 50 grams of hard cheese;
- a piece of butter;
- a couple of tablespoons of tomato paste;
- 50 ml of water or strong broth;
- seasoning to taste;
- several branches of dill for decoration.
You can use any spices and seasonings to the taste of the cook. An excellent accompaniment for pasta with sausage and cheese will be provence herbs, black pepper and a little rosemary.
How to cook delicious pasta?
To begin with, cook pasta, recline in a colander. Sausage is cut in approximately equal strips. Melt the butter in a frying pan, sausage fried until a crust forms. Introduce pasta.

- 200 grams of pasta;
- half the onion head;
- 100 grams of smoked sausage;
- 150 grams of hard cheese;
- 150 ml cream with a fat content of 20 percent;
- clove of garlic;
- 20 grams of butter;
- some sunflower oil;
- two tomatoes;
- salt and pepper to taste.
Half the onions are diced. Garlic is peeled, finely chopped. Sausage is cut in circles or stripes, as you like. Both types of oil are heated in a pan, and all three ingredients are fried for three minutes.
Peel the tomatoes from the skin, cut the flesh into cubes. Add to sausage, stew for a couple of minutes. Then season to taste and pour the cream.
Boil the pasta until cooked. When the tomato and cream sauce begins to thicken, a paste is introduced to them. Stir the ingredients thoroughly. Sprinkle with grated cheese. You can also decorate pasta with sausage fresh herbs.
A simple recipe with fresh carrots
This dish is prepared literally minutes, but it turns out delicious. Some also add a head of onion, but the dish is tasty anyway. For cooking, you need to take the following products:
- one carrot;
- pasta of any kind;
- two hundred grams of any sausage, you can take different types;
- salt and vegetable oil.
Boil the pasta until cooked, drain the water and put it in a colander.
Peel the carrots, cut into small cubes. Sausage is also cut in any way. You can also grate carrots, so it will be ready faster.
Vegetable oil is heated in a pan. First fry the carrots, and when it becomes softer, add the sausage. Salted to taste.
After pasta is mixed with sausage and carrots. Serve hot.
