If you and your household love eggs, then egg drachana, the recipe of which we propose to master, will become one of your favorite homemade dishes. For the preparation of drachany, we need such products:

  • Milk - 1 cup.
  • Eggs - 8 pieces.
  • Wheat flour - 1 tablespoon.
  • Sour cream - 2 tablespoons.
  • Butter - 60 grams.
  • Salt, spices - to taste.
  • Greens (onion, parsley, dill) - to taste.

First of all, carefully separate the yolks from the proteins. We remove the proteins for a short time in the freezer, and carefully mix the yolks, sour cream, flour, salt and spices, gradually pouring milk.

We take out the cooled proteins and beat them with a mixer or a whisk in a steep foam, add to the bulk and gently mix. Lubricate the ceramic or silicone mold with vegetable oil, put our billet there and bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 7-10 minutes until our broom is full and rosy.

If for breakfast you want something wholesome and not too complicated to prepare, then potato is baked, the recipe for which is not much more complicated than the basic one - this is what you need! We will need the following ingredients:

  • Potato - 6 tubers.
  • Wheat flour - 2 tablespoons.
  • Fat - 30 grams.
  • Egg - 1 piece.
  • Soda - 1 pinch.
  • Sour cream to taste.
  • Onions - 2 pieces.
  • Butter to taste.
  • Salt, pepper, spices - to taste.

First, peel the potatoes, wash them and rub them on a coarse grater. Put in a saucepan, add eggs, salt, spices and soda.

  • Milk - 1 cup.
  • Wheat bread - 120 grams.
  • Cheese - 80 grams.
  • Butter - 2 tablespoons.
  • Eggs - 8 pieces.
  • Salt and spices to taste.

First of all, we rub the cheese on a coarse grater. Then cut the crust from the bread, and cut the crumb into small cubes. Separate the yolks from the proteins. We heat the milk and fill them with bread cubes. Leave until the bread is saturated. After that, add 2/3 of the grated cheese and yolk there. Salt, add spices and mix well.

Next, whisk the proteins in a strong foam and add to the total mass. Gently mix until smooth. Lubricate the form with oil, put our bread and cheese-egg mixture there and level it with a spoon.
