In the latter case, it is recommended to marinate the meat for two hours, sprinkling the slices with salt and seasoning for chicken. You can also mix a tablespoon of honey, lemon juice and olive oil. In such a marinade, meat should spend an hour under the lid. Then we proceed as follows.

  1. First, put in the oven unpeeled bulb and eight cloves of garlic. Bake them until soft at 160 degrees.

  8. Fill it with frozen minced meat. Fasten the incision with a harsh thread.
  9. Cooking marinade. To do this, in a bowl, mix a tablespoon of sweet paprika, water and olive oil, a pinch of salt, to the taste suneli hops, chili peppers and turmeric.

  1. Dip the chicken breast in salt water, let it stand in a cool place for about four hours.
  2. In a bowl, mix honey (if it is solid, melt in a water bath), vegetable oil, chopped garlic clove, a pinch of pepper and nutmeg.
  3. We get the breast, washed from salt water and dried with a towel.
  4. Rub the fillet with the prepared mixture.
  5. We put on a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil and place in the oven, preheated to 250 degrees. Bake for about 20 minutes.
  6. Turn off the oven, but do not open the door until the stove cools down completely.

According to the second recipe, chicken breast for dinner is prepared like this. Mix a tablespoon of sweet ground paprika and vegetable oil.

Add salt, coriander, black pepper. Rub the chicken breast with this mixture. Leave it at room temperature for half an hour.

  1. First, mix three eggs, a spoonful of starch and 100 grams of mayonnaise.
  2. We leave the sauce for the time being. Grind the onion, two cloves of garlic and a small bunch of fresh herbs with a blender.
  3. Now we cut chicken breasts (without bone and skin). If there is no harvester, you can cut them into small pieces with a sharp knife, but you cannot pass them through a meat grinder.
  4. Mix chicken, onion with garlic and herbs and sauce in one large bowl.
  5. We cover the dishes with cling film and put in the refrigerator for at least half an hour, or maybe longer.
  6. Cover the baking sheet with foil. We put a pan with vegetable oil on the fire.
  7. Fry chopped meatballs until golden brown.

Tavuk Hex Muhallebi

A dinner crowns, as a rule, dessert. For sweet, we will serve the Turkish dish Tavuk-hex Muhallebi. Translated, the name of the dessert means "chicken breast pudding."

It is claimed that the recipe was invented by the Topkapi palace chef for the Turkish sultan. And now all of us can treat ourselves to this delicious dessert.
