- apples (we chose green) - 1 kg;
- spices (cinnamon, nutmeg) - 0.5 tsp;
- lemon juice - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- sugar - 150 g;
- starch (preferably potato) - 3 tbsp. spoons;
- butter - 250 g;
- flour - 350 g;
- salt - 1 pinch;
- chilled water - 120 ml.
If you want to make a light pie with kefir, then you have to slightly change the composition of the dough. Instead of oil and water, you will need to take one glass of kefir, 0.5 teaspoon of soda and a little vegetable oil for elasticity of the dough.
But remember that the texture of these two pies will be very different!
Start of preparation: kneading dough
Easy cake recipe always starts with its base, where the filling will be put. If you are trying to create a pie for the first time, then you should not be afraid, there is absolutely nothing complicated and impossible.
