Although some recipes do not belong to the category of the latest. They are rather from the "well-forgotten old." And today we will cook chicken in the oven, on a bottle with beer. We will make sure that in our bins there is a minimum of products necessary for this dish:

  • Chicken carcass.
  • Bottle of beer. It is advisable to pre-open it. Beer containers are also exempted from the label and washed thoroughly outside. If you already have a prepared glass bottle that does not have labels, then pour in two hundred milliliters of the drink and use it freely during the preparation process.
  • Salt, spices and vegetable oil.
  • One or two bay leaves.

  1. First of all, wash the chicken carcass and slightly dry it.
  2. In a quarter bottle filled with beer, we will throw a bay leaf.
  3. In the bowl we place the chicken and diligently rub it with salt and ground pepper. This can be done with patting movements, as if hammering salt into a chicken. Then the salt is better fixed on the meat. Repeat the same with pepper.
  4. Now the whole chicken carcass needs to be smeared with lean oil, so that the crust turns out to be appetizing and crispy.
  5. We place the bottle on a baking sheet and place the whole chicken on its neck.
  6. We put the resulting design in a cold oven.
  7. We heat the oven to one hundred and ninety degrees and cook the chicken in the oven on a beer bottle for sixty minutes.
  8. After the set time, turn off the oven and very carefully remove the chicken from its "pedestal" and then place it on the dish.

This recipe for cooking chicken in the oven on a beer bottle is slightly different in the composition of the products. This option will turn out more tender and burning. The composition of the products for cooking:

  • Chicken carcass weighing about two kilograms.
  • Small salt - two small spoons.
  • One teaspoon of red and black pepper (ground).
  • A glass of mayonnaise sauce.
  • A few cloves of garlic.
  • A clean bottle filled with beer at room temperature (not reaching the neck of four centimeters).

We rub the chicken carcass inside and out with a mixture of peppers and salt. Mix mayonnaise with crushed garlic and coat the chicken only on the outside.

We leave the prepared carcass so that it absorbs pepper and garlic. The preliminary preparation time is an hour and a half, at room temperature.

Pour half a teaspoon of salt into an incomplete bottle of beer and dissolve it.

We place the bird on the bottle so that the neck of the container is inside the carcass.

We put the container in a bowl of water (a roasting pan or a deep baking dish). Water should cover at least a quarter of the entire surface of the glass bottle.

If you don’t really like too fried wings, you can prewrap them with foil.

The resulting work of art from a frying pan, water, a bottle of beer and chicken, very carefully placed on a baking sheet in a cold oven. Now you can heat it to a temperature of two hundred degrees. Cooking time after heating - at least thirty minutes. When half an hour has passed, it is necessary to reduce the heat of the oven to one hundred and eighty degrees and wait another half hour for the final preparation of the chicken.

The finished bird must be very carefully removed from the disconnected oven. Avoid sudden temperature changes and do not place the pan on something cold in order to avoid damage to the glass containers.
