  • fresh egg yolks from 3 large eggs;
  • fresh fat milk - ½ faceted glass;
  • granulated sugar - a full glass;
  • fresh butter - 150 g;
  • dark bitter chocolate - 1 bar or 100 g;
  • any brandy - 2 large spoons.

Cooking process

Charlotte custard, the recipe of which is quite simple, should start cooking with thoroughly whipping all egg yolks. To do this, it is recommended to use a blender or a conventional mixer. After the chicken product is converted into a lush and homogeneous mass, it is necessary to pour sugar in it, and then again carry out the same procedure of whipping.

Due to the fact that the Charlotte chocolate cream is a custard product, the egg yolk blank should be warmed up in a water bath. But before that, it is advisable to pour a little fresh and fat milk into the whipped mass.
