If you use this recipe, you get a crispy and delicious apple pie. The recipe is quite simple in execution. Only 4 tablespoons with the top of a spoon of flour and the same amount of sugar are taken. Both are mixed, a bag of baking powder and 2 beaten eggs are added. After thorough mixing, half a glass of milk is poured - and mixed again. Then a tablespoon of brandy and two of vegetable oil are introduced. Now the mixture must be carefully beaten with a blender, whisk or mixer. It is better, of course, to prepare the basis yourself. To do this, a pound of flour is mixed with half a teaspoon of salt, they are sifted into a bowl, and a hole is made in the hill. A glass of warmed (but not hot!) Milk with yeast diluted in it and 4 tablespoons of melted butter is poured there, 2 eggs are driven in and sugar is poured (a couple of large spoons). All components are kneaded, the container is covered with a clean, dry towel and placed in heat for an hour. Then the dough is crushed and set again - it should rise twice.
