Ingredients

  • a glass of vegetable oil (volume 200 ml);
  • a large bunch of parsley and celery;
  • garlic (peeled) weighing 300 g;
  • apples - 500 g;
  • sweet pepper - 500 g;
  • ripe tomatoes - weighing 2.5 kg;
  • onions - weighing 500 g;
  • fresh carrots - weighing 500 g.

1st step

Peel a pound of onions and carrots. Wash peppers, apples and tomatoes. Pepper the apples and peppers. Cut all the ingredients in any shape, drive them through a meat grinder or use a blender.

  • eggplant (fresh, medium size) - 3 pcs.;
  • carrots (ripe, medium size) - 1 pc.;
  • Bulgarian pepper (multi-colored) - 2 pcs.;
  • 2-3 heads (medium size) of onions;
  • ripe fresh tomatoes - 4 medium-sized;
  • boiled small cauliflower - half a fork;
  • 1 tbsp. a spoon of tomato paste;
  • for frying oil;
  • salt, sugar, garlic, black pepper, paprika, chili pepper (to taste).

Cooking technology

Wash the vegetables. Cut the eggplant into mugs. Salt, let stand for half an hour. Fry peeled carrots in butter, cut into cubes, squeezed eggplant juice. Add chopped peppers, cauliflower and onions. Peel the tomatoes. Slice in any shape. Add to vegetables. Salt and pepper. Put tomato paste, paprika and pour some water. Stew the vegetables in a pan until cooked. Add chopped garlic before finishing. Grind vegetables with a blender. Cool and spin through the banks. You can leave caviar in whole slices, but in this case they will need to be carefully cut.

  • about 1.5 kg of ripe tomatoes;

  • vegetable oil (sunflower) with a volume of 300 ml;
  • sugar weighing 300 g;
  • 9% vinegar with a volume of 150 ml.

Wash, peel and chop all vegetables. Mix with salt (4 tbsp. L.) And leave for 5-6 hours. Cook hot marinade: heat sugar with butter and vinegar.
