  • horseradish root in an amount of 1 kg;
  • beet juice (fresh) with a volume of 500 ml;
  • sugar in an amount of 100 grams;
  • salt in an amount of 30 grams;
  • table vinegar - 1 glass.

This recipe is similar to the previous one. The dish also incorporates beets. And they prepare it from the following products:

  • horseradish roots in an amount of 200 grams;
  • one fresh beetroot;
  • several tablespoons of water (3-4);
  • lemon juice - 2 teaspoons of tea - or half a spoon of citric acid;
  • salt and garlic.
