Yes, and now adherents of a healthy lifestyle practice daily self-torture, forcing themselves to eat tasteless oatmeal. However, it can easily be replaced with delicious cookies, because "the devil is in the details" - you can choose the composition yourself.

Surely many people remember the "same" oatmeal cookies from childhood. It was prepared according to GOST and sold in elongated cardboard boxes. It was not like it is now - lighter, more intense and fragrant, while not particularly oily. Want to bring back memories?

Prepare oatmeal cookies according to the recipe below, the GOST composition approves:

  • wheat flour - 350 grams;
  • oatmeal - 150 grams;
  • sugar - 250 grams;
  • butter - 170 grams;
  • vanilla sugar - 1 tbsp. the spoon;
  • raisins - 25 grams;
  • molasses - 35 grams;
  • water - 140 grams;
  • soda - 2/3 teaspoons;
  • salt - 2/3 teaspoons;
  • cinnamon - 1 teaspoon without a hill.

Cooking

The number of products from which we will cook the "same" oatmeal cookies (composition indicated above) is designed for 50 pieces. If this amount is too large for you, then boldly divide everything in half.

Preheat the oven to 210 degrees.

Cover the baking sheet with baking paper or grease with butter, then sprinkle with flour (this technique of pre-treatment of work surfaces is called a "French pillow").

Grind the washed raisins until smooth.

Beat in one bowl the softened butter, plain and vanilla sugar, cinnamon, molasses and raisins until smooth.

Add oatmeal and warm water to the dough, in which the salt was previously dissolved. Mix again.

Pour the flour mixed with soda and finally knead the dough until smooth. If it seems too dry, you can add more water.

Roll out the dough on a table sprinkled with flour into a layer 0.5 cm thick and cut out future oatmeal cookies, the composition of which will allow your loved ones to plunge into the past. The shape can be arbitrary, but if you want "everything is real," then use a round shape with a diameter of 5.5-6 cm.

Bake for about 15 minutes until rosy. You can also focus on preferences - if you like soft pastries, then cook less, if crispy, then longer.

  • oatmeal (ideally "Hercules") - 200 grams;
  • egg whites - 4 pieces;
  • low fat cottage cheese - 200 grams;
  • raisins - 60 grams;
  • salt - 1/4 teaspoon;
  • cinnamon - 1 teaspoon;
  • vegetable sugar substitute (stevioside) - 1/4 teaspoon.

Preheat the oven to 180 o C.

Cover the baking sheet with baking paper.

To prepare oatmeal cookies (the composition is “nowhere is more useful”), mix all the products to homogeneity and spread them with cakes on the prepared baking sheet.
