To conduct such a culinary experiment, you must have 400 ml of light, weak beer in your kitchen; 350 g of chocolate chips plus 400 g of dark chocolate. Take a can of real condensed milk; 1.5 tsp vanilla aroma extract; about 150 g of walnuts or other (at your discretion) nuts; 60 g of caramel and 1 tsp. (necessarily sea) salt.

So, the preparation of this type of fudge should begin with finding a special pan with a thick bottom in which you want to place beer. Then bring it to a boil. Preferably on medium heat.

You need to brew beer for about half an hour, so that in the end it will remain sixty milliliters. When you succeed, remove the pan from the stove and set it aside for now.

Take another container. Break all the chocolate into small pieces or just put all the chips in the pan. Add the condensed milk there and light a slow fire. Stir the contents of your pan until the chocolate has dissolved. Remove the container from the stove to add finely chopped nuts, vanilla extract and previously brewed beer to it. Mix.
