To make such a pie, you need to take:

  • apples - 5-6 pcs.;
  • wheat flour - 350 g;
  • sugar - 2 tbsp. l (+ 3 tbsp. L to the filling);
  • milk - 3/4 tbsp .;
  • egg - 2 pcs.;
  • salt - 0.5 tsp;
  • refined sunflower oil - 50 ml;
  • cinnamon - a pinch;
  • yeast - 1 small bag;
  • lemon juice - 10 ml.

When all products are washed and measured out, we begin cooking. The first step is to prepare the dough. To do this, pour yeast into the bowl and fill it with water (50 ml), no need to mix. Leave it for 10 minutes. Then stir, add part of the milk, a little flour and a third of sugar to get a creamy mass. It is left in a warm place until a peculiar foam cap appears (for about 30 minutes). This will mean that the yeast has come and is ready to use.

Now pour flour, salt, remaining sugar into a deep bowl. Mix and introduce 1 egg, the rest is milk and yeast mixture. Knead the dough thoroughly and leave for a quarter of an hour. Pour in oil and crush the dough again. Leave to come.   • rhubarb - 400 g;
  • egg - 1 pc.;
  • sugar - 4 tbsp. l .;

Pour rhubarb with sugar and let it brew for a bit. The base of the pie is rolled up to 0.7 cm. The baking sheet is greased with any fat and the prepared base is laid out, making the sides about 3 cm high. Beat the egg and mix with the syrup that has been separated from rhubarb, add spices (cinnamon or zest), sour cream. The remaining rhubarb is distributed over the base and poured with egg mass.   • halves apricot - 350 g;
  • melted butter - 30 ml;
