Pour 3 cups of sifted wheat flour, half a tablespoon of sugar and a teaspoon of salt into a saucepan with a volume of three liters or more. Thoroughly mix the bulk ingredients. Pour the coming dough into the pan. Cool boiled water to 38 degrees. Its amount in the dough depends on the quality of the flour. Let's start with one glass, increasing the volume as needed. Fry without fanaticism

We heat the pan as much as possible, pour a little odorless vegetable oil, reduce the heat. A tablespoon, previously moistened in water, gently spread our pancakes in a pan. I close it with a lid, but this is optional. It is necessary to turn the pancakes when the top is “grabbed”, that is, it will be seen that they have risen and the dough is not raw on top.
