  • one and a half kilograms of meat (veal meat is better, but you can take some other);
  • one and a half kilograms of potatoes;
  • two onions;
  • half a head of garlic;
  • vegetable oil (about one hundred grams);

How to cook stewed potatoes with meat

To start, let's take up meat. If it is frozen, then you need to defrost it, rinse it in water (cold) and cut into small pieces (try to get rid of excess veins and films first).
