Favorite telapia recipe

Our family does not eat much fish, but we like to cook trout and telapia. In everyday life you have to cook telapia dishes more often. We fry it, bake it in batter, cook it with sour cream and cheese in the oven. I'll tell you about the most favorite way to cook this fish.

Since this is a low-fat fish, it is better to first lightly fry it in a sauce in a pan, and then just put it in a baking dish or on a tray and bake in the oven for about twenty minutes. Five minutes before readiness, you can get the form, sprinkle the dish with grated cheese, herbs, spicy herbs. It turns out a very tasty and tender dish.

There is another recipe for telapia with sour cream sauce, but we rarely use it. There, the fish is laid out on finely chopped carrots and onions immediately on a tray, poured with sour cream with lots of spices and put in the oven for half an hour. With this cooking option, the fish is cooked to taste rather than baked.

At the festive table, you will not be ashamed to use the recipe for telapia with mushrooms and exotic fruits. A delicate, aromatic, diet dish will not leave anyone indifferent. It is also a very light meal. The preparation of this dish does not take much time, but looks quite impressive and colorful.

First you need to take large pieces of fish, salt, pepper and fry in olive oil on both sides. Then put small slices of mango, tomato, pineapple, lemon on top of the fish and pour everything over with orange juice. Continue cooking for another five minutes. During this time, the fillet absorbs the taste of fruits and will simply melt in your mouth. Fry the mushrooms with garlic and dill in a separate pan until cooked. Spread fish with pieces of fruit on a plate, and mushrooms on the side. Decorate everything from above with greens before serving.

They rarely use telapia, but if they buy, they fry it in batter. To prepare batter, the daughter takes eggs, milk, salt and flour, she prepares the proportions by eye, depending on the type of fish. Coat the fillet with batter and immediately fry in a hot frying pan in vegetable oil. It turns out a fish with a crisp, not as lean as always.

There is a known recipe for telapia in broth, something like a fish soup. But since the fillet of this fish is lean, it does not work out, then this dish does not have much popularity. But you can use telapia fillet for fish soup with other varieties of fish. In the vegetable broth, put pieces of fish, chopped carrots, onions and cook for twenty minutes, then add salt, pepper, a lot of greens, let it boil and turn it off. The soup is a little infused and ready to eat.

If you have a deep pan with a thick bottom and a lid, then you can try to make telapia very simply. Without defrosting, put pieces of fish in a pan, sprinkle chopped onion rings and mushrooms on top, close the lid and leave to cook for about twenty minutes. Do not add oil at all. As the liquid boils, the fish will cook on its own. You can not even turn it over. Just do not forget to salt and pepper it at the very end of cooking. Ready-made stew fish.
