- natural yogurt - 3 glasses;

Pour dried apricots with half a glass of boiling water. After 5-10 minutes, when it becomes soft, remove from water, drain and cut into small cubes. Using kitchen equipment or manually chop the garlic and walnuts, put in a bowl, put cilantro and dried apricots there, stir well. Pour a quarter cup of olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and use a blender to turn into a paste. If it turns out too thick, dilute it with water from soaking the apricots.
