Do you still naively believe that you can make ice cream at home only if you are a happy owner of a kitchen appliance specially designed for this? Do not believe? And you try! This is definitely not rocket science. And it is done literally one-two-three.
vanilla ice cream
Time: beat a glass of milk (you can also skim) with three teaspoons of sugar and a quarter of a teaspoon of
vanilla extract. Pour the contents into a dense plastic bag.
Two: a larger plastic bag filled with ice cubes with 6 tablespoons of salt.
Three: place a sealed bag with future ice cream inside the ice pack and wait four minutes or more.
You can not take it further, because the ice cream is ready. Whether it becomes strawberry, cherry or any other flavor depends only on what kind of syrup or jam is in your refrigerator at that moment.
Lemon ice cream at home should be cooked!
Time: combine one third of a cup of lemon juice with 250 g of powdered sugar (or sugar).
Two: 300 ml cream of 35% fat, beat with a mixer until thickened.
Three: add whipped cream and lemon juice to this with whipped cream.
It remains only to wait at least six hours until our lemon composition crystallizes in the freezer of the refrigerator.
Chocolate Banana Ice Cream for Adults
Time: Melt 55 g of broken into pieces of bitter or semisweet chocolate with 80 ml (6 tablespoons) of whole or
skim milk in a water bath or just on a radiator if it is winter outside your window.
Two: add to the melted chocolate one ripe medium-sized banana, 6 tablespoons of chocolate liquor (or any other, to your taste) and 1 tablespoon of dark rum - we beat everything with a mixer until smooth.
Three: pour the mixture into a plastic or metal container, cover it (with cling film), install in the freezer of the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
Fruit ice cream - it will be very handy at home!
Time: 200 grams of your favorite frozen berries or fruits, defrost in the microwave for 15 seconds, then beat in a puree with a blender.
Two: add 1 cup of cow's milk (or soy, or coconut, or kefir, or unsweetened yogurt) to the fruit (or berry) puree. Again, beat the mixture.
Three: pour ice cream in a bowl (so far it looks more like a cocktail) and place in the freezer for a period of time from 30 minutes to an hour.
With frozen fruits and regular syrup or cream, you can create an endless variety of ice cream. Here is another example.
Raspberries, honey and cold treat
One and a half cups of frozen raspberries, a quarter cup of honey, one cup of fat cream (35%) and sugar two-thirds of a glass. Beat everything with a blender until a thick smooth consistency. By the way, you can adjust the amount of syrup to achieve the sweets you need. We put the sweet mixture into the mold, then put it in the refrigerator for several hours.
