Restaurant "Aist" on Bronnaya: address, menu, reviews

Moscow is one of the most beautiful and largest cities in the world. The infrastructure here is quite well developed, and new restaurant establishments and complexes open almost daily. In the capital of the Russian Federation, as in any other city with millions of inhabitants, there are a huge number of attractions, however today we will not discuss them.

Do you know the Aist Cafe, located at the intersection of Malaya and Bolshaya Bronny Streets? Then let's review it, discuss the concept and menu in more detail, find out the chef’s biography, work schedule, exact address, the possibility of banquets and much more. Well, we will begin right now!

Project history

It’s interesting, but have you already wondered why the Aist restaurant on Bronnaya has such a name? It turns out that even in the Soviet period, the best cafe in the city with the same name was located in this area.

Restaurant "Stork" on Bronnaya

The guests of the establishment were fed simple, but popular at that time dishes: sausages with peas, dumplings with various fillings and classic salads seasoned with mayonnaise. Nearby in "Stork" was another cafe where you could try exclusively ice cream. They served delicious creamy balls with sweet sauce or grated chocolate.

The organizers of the modern restaurant business, namely the well-known Russian company Novikov Group, which will be discussed in the next section, decided that it was worth restoring the former cafe and making it truly beautiful and modern. By the way, they completed their tasks!

About 25 years ago, Arkady Anatolyevich became the first restaurateur in Russia, and today five of his cafes operate in London. Novikov Group has over 50 successful establishments, among which the Aist restaurant on Bronnaya clearly stands out (we will discuss the menu a bit later).

In addition, the Novikov project continues to develop and improve, so in the near future we should expect the opening of new institutions, and this may be not only bars and restaurants, but also charitable foundations, media projects, wine clubs and the like.

Interior

Restaurant "Aist" on Bronnaya, whose address you see below in this article, has several floors. On the first level there is a small cozy cafe decorated in a classic style. There are beige walls and dark furniture.

Cafe "Stork"

As for the institution, located on the second floor of the building, this is the restaurant "Aist" (Malaya Bronnaya, 8/1). In this case, the design is almost identical, but more aristocratic: red chairs, tables with white tablecloths and luxurious dishes perfectly complement the unique homely atmosphere that prevails in this catering place.

It is also worth noting that the "Stork" from the "Novikov Group" also has a third floor, where a cozy terrace is located. There, almost everything is made of wood, so if you like nature, then you will definitely like it!

Cafe Chef

The main chef here is Anton Bulygin, who began cooking at the age of 13. The guy complied with his first meringue according to the cookbook recipe, as did the Anthill cake, which turned out to be ideal. Anton liked cooking, so he already knew who he would be in the future.

Soon Bulygin graduated from the cook school and decided to gain professional experience. Adrian Ketglas became his personal leader, who managed to train an inexperienced cook to work both on the grill and on the confectionery workshop.

After some time, Anton got a job as a sous-chef in the restaurant of Anatoly Komma, and in 2008 he took part in the so-called gala dinner, which was dedicated to closing the season of white truffle in the Italian city of Alba. By the way, also at that meeting were the best chefs in the world.

In 2009, the current chef of Aist Café in Moscow was at the gastronomic congress in the next Italian city of Vitoria-Gasteiz, and also became the main chef in the kitchen of the KhlebSol magazine, where he worked until 2011. In 2013, the cook underwent further training at the London Grill Academy, and until 2014 was the prescription editor of the famous Russian version of Jamie magazine.

During his career, Anton has held a huge number of culinary master classes in Moscow, including the Aist cafe, and other cities. In addition, the chef took part in the filming of some culinary videos, as well as writing the book “Cuisines of Slavic peoples”.

Reviews

Guests of the restaurant "Aist" in RuNet leave exclusively positive comments. Project clients like a high level of service, a homely atmosphere, the quality of dishes and their taste, a work schedule (from 10 a.m. to midnight daily), an interesting interior and much more.

However, on the network you can also find negative comments about staff who, as written in the reviews, very slowly do their job. There were situations when the bill was carried for about 30 minutes despite the fact that the cafe had almost no visitors. There were also breakdowns of the terminal, due to which customers were not able to pay the bill with a credit card.

By the way, banquets are also held here, and almost all customers are satisfied. If you have questions for the administrator, call the following numbers: +7 (499) 940-70-40, +7 (499) 940 70 30 or +7 (985) 470-70-30.
