  • Fillet of any fish - 600 grams.
  • Onions - one large head.
  • Any boiled mushrooms - 100 grams.
  • Sour cream 15% - 200 grams.

  • Salt and spices to your taste.
  • Vegetable oil - for frying.

  1. Divide the fish fillet into portions and fry a little in a pan.
  2. We shift the pieces into a deep, oiled form.

  1. Cook the potatoes in their uniforms, peel and cut into circles no thicker than five millimeters.
  2. Chop onions and mushrooms finely and sauté in vegetable oil.

  • Parmesan cheese - 100 grams.
  • Lemon juice - three tablespoons.
