  • 1 kg of cauliflower;
  • 1 onion;
  • 0.3 kg of meat (beef, preferably fatty);
  • 1 egg
  • 150 ml sour cream;
  • 1 carrot;
  • granulated garlic;
  • 1 tsp seasonings for meat;
  • ground paprika;
  • ½ tsp hot seasoning (it contains hot ground red pepper, chopped dried herbs: oregano, basil, thyme);
  • salt.

Cooking:

Cauliflower in the microwave cooks quickly, but an attractive golden crust will not work.

  1. Cook ground beef. Turn the meat, carrots and onions in a meat grinder, add hot seasoning, salt, seasoning for meat, ground paprika.

  • 0.5 kg of cauliflower;
  • 3 cloves of garlic;
  • 6 table. tablespoons of 6% apple cider vinegar;
