- I wash my tomatoes and cut off the unnecessary: rot, bruising. Some people prefer peeled tomatoes. - After we put the jars to be sterilized, for 10-15 minutes from the moment of boiling.
- A couple of minutes before the final sterilization in boiling water, add a spoonful of oil and a spoonful of vinegar to each dish.
- We roll the lids in the hot state, then turning them upside down and cover them with a warm blanket so that they cool not gradually, but gradually. If you want, for example, to make this preparation low-calorie, you can reduce the rate of lean oil, or even completely eliminate this ingredient from the recipe by dropping a couple of drops into each jar.
