In the series "Road to the Void", the actors take us to Soviet times, telling the story of a provincial girl who has to fight for survival every minute. What has happened in Marina’s life that every day turns into another test?

The actors of the film “The Road to the Void” tell the old history of the world from the screens: the good Cinderella, thanks to her naivety and hard work, blossoms by the end of the film and receives everything she dreamed about.

So the heroine of the series “Road to the Void” appears before us as a naive provincial Marina, over whom everyone around is "mocking": father sells into "slavery", her beloved betrays and leaves her pregnant, insidious ill-wishers substitute and put him in jail.

But Marina does not break: she boldly cuts through life and never gives up. She not only manages to get out of prison, but also succeeds in getting a good job, charming the rich "prince" -businessman and, in general, arranging her fate with style. And, of course, all ill-wishers should repent at the end of the film or, in extreme cases, burst with envy. In general terms, the storyline of the film "The Road to the Void" develops.

Actors and roles: Svetlana Smirnova-Martsinkevich as Marina

Svetlana Smirnova – Martsinkevich was born in Kazan in a family of actors Irina Martsinkevich and Sergei Smirnov. From childhood, Svetlana knew what she wanted to do, so after school she went to enter SPbGATI. The girl was accepted to the course of theater director Semyon Spivak. After graduation, Marcinkiewicz joined the Youth Theater on the Fontanka.

Svetlana began acting in films in 2007. Her debut was a cameo in the TV series "Always Say Always-4." Then there were episodic roles in the films Streets of Broken Lights-9, It's Hard to Be a Macho, and Version. In 2009, Svetlana Smirnova was first offered to play a major role - it was about the TV series “It’s not yet evening”. The second major work on the screen for the girl was the serial film "The Road to the Void."

Actors in the filming took part quite famous. But Svetlana Smirnova was not lost among them and adequately coped with her task.

The main negative character in the film is Marina's lover Gleb Semenov. For the first time, Marina meets Gleb after escaping from the city. The girl finds shelter with one conductor and begins to hang out with bad company. Gleb saves her from the encroachments of one of the villains. But then it turns out that he is not a prince on a white horse.

First, Gleb disappears from the girl’s life under the pretext that he allegedly died in an accident. Then it turns out that he is alive and well and married a second time. Gleb manages to cause Marina a lot of trouble before the girl manages to take revenge on him.

Kirill Zhandarov is not accustomed to playing vile men: he played similar roles in the films “And Still I Love”, “Police Station”, “Murder for Three” and in many other films.

The actor has been actively acting in films since 2003. In 2016, two premieres are immediately expected with his participation: the drama "Ivanovs" and the series "Temptation".

Alexandra Tyuftey as Katya

In the film "The Road to the Void", the actors Alexandra Tyuftey and Svetlana Smirnova-Martsinkevich play friends. Katya, performed by Alexandra, supports Svetlana when she remains homeless and without work. Then Katya tries to avenge Gleb for the misfortunes of his girlfriend: he collects incriminating evidence against him and releases him on television. But Gleb is not so simple and cruel revenge on the girl.

Alexandra Tyuftey in her youth was engaged in ballroom dancing. The girl began acting in films after she graduated from the Shchukin Theater School. She got the main role immediately a year after her debut on the screens: in the film "Dead Souls" Valery Spirinova was assigned the role of Vera. Then there was the drama by Vladimir Kott "The Fly", in which the girl played a difficult teenager - a girl nicknamed Mucha.

The accomplishments of the aspiring artist did not end there: in 2010, she was again entrusted with the main role in the film “Moscow. District 3 ". This time, Tuftey plays the pathologist Xanu. The girl also has leading roles in the films Angels of War and How to Marry a Millionaire.

In the series “Road to the Void”, actors Svetlana Smirnova-Martsinkevich and Michal Zhebrovsky play a married couple: Marina marries businessman Drozdovsky in the series finale. Michal Zhebrovsky is a famous Polish film actor who played major roles in such famous films as “Fire and Sword” by Jerzy Hoffmann, “The Witcher” by Marek Brodsky and “In the Jazz Style” by Stanislav Govorukhin.

The role of the conductor, who sheltered Marina at the beginning of the series, went to Natalya Surkova, known for the films “Lines of Fate” and “Master and Margarita”.
