One of the most famous dishes that came to us from the Apennine Peninsula is pizza. She beat her competitors thanks to an unlimited variety of fillings and a thin, crunchy dough.
Pizza consists of three components: a filling, which everyone chooses to taste, a sauce, which can be tomato or cream-based, and dough.
There are two types of dough: yeast and pizza dough without yeast. Each of these species also has many variations, and each cook prepares it differently, depending on preferences. Some people like to make crunchy thin pizza dough without yeast in a pizza, while others like to make soft, tender pizza dough without yeast.
Prepare the dough in proportion: two measures of flour need half the same measure of liquid (water or milk), as well as a pinch of salt, a couple of eggs and a little vegetable oil. To improve the taste, you can replace the vegetable oil with olive, which will give the dish a pleasant aroma.
To make a simple pizza dough without yeast, pour the flour into a deep bowl, add salt there, and mix eggs, butter and milk in another bowl. A homogeneous egg-milk mass must be poured into flour and thoroughly knead this mixture. After ten to fifteen minutes of kneading, an elastic, soft mass is obtained, which must be spherical and covered with a slightly moistened towel.

After the specified time has passed, the dough for pizza without yeast should be rolled out into a thin, translucent layer and, taking it on one side, carefully lay on the sheet. When shifting, it is necessary to prevent the formation of gaps on the test, otherwise the filling will leak onto the sheet and burn. If the dough has already broken, you should carefully glue the gap with your fingers. After this, the gap should be re-trimmed with a rolling pin. The dough laid on a sheet must be greased with a sauce made by hand or bought in a store. Grated cheese should be put on the sauce, and then put on top all the other components that you have chosen as the filling. After completing all these steps, you need to put the pizza sheet in the already preheated oven and bake for a while - depending on the desired consistency of the test.
As soon as the dough is baked to the state you want, the sheet must be pulled out and served pizza to the table hot - either sliced ββon a common dish, which will look more impressive, or laid out on plates. To improve the taste, it should be sprinkled with finely chopped herbs and pour with ordinary olive oil or olive oil infused with herbs.
Pizza dough without yeast is a very important component of the dish and a rather difficult step in its preparation, because, despite its elasticity, it is easily susceptible to various damages, which requires especially careful handling. In addition, if the dough is not sufficiently baked, the pieces of pizza will bend when picked up, which will make the process of eating pizza uncomfortable and therefore less enjoyable.
