For the Ketorolac pain medication, the instructions for use indicate the following rules. For children under 16 years of age, the drug is not prescribed. Dosage is calculated depending on body weight. If the weight exceeds 50 kg, then a starting dose of 20 mg is prescribed, and after it, 10 mg is regularly taken up to four times a day.
