To make it, you will need 500 grams of pears, 250 grams of apples, 200 grams of sugar, a large spoonful of poppy seeds, medium-sized lemon juice, half a small spoonful of cinnamon and the same amount of cardamom. We clean the fruit from the peel and seeds. Pear cut into cubes and put in a container with a thick bottom. Sprinkle them with lemon juice and cover with sugar. We chop the apples with a blender or three on a grater. Spread them to the pears. We put a container of jam on the fire, but small. After boiling add cinnamon and cardamom. After they are removed from the broth and sugar is added to it. Cook the syrup and dip the fruits into it. Now you need to cook jam from small pears until fully cooked. In this case, the fruit should settle to the bottom. If a foam appears on top, then it must be removed. Put the jam in jars and wrap it in a blanket.
