So autumn has come. And the apple harvest season is in full swing. Those who have a garden at the dacha or on the site of a private home are generally inundated with these generous gifts of the autumn season. Of course, over many years of development, people have come up with many ways to preserve and process tasty and juicy fruits, including juices, jam, moonshine and wine, finally. But still I want to cook something delicious from apples to pamper the household or guests who came to the house. So the question of what to cook from this wonderful natural product is by no means an idle one, but the most vital one. And fried apples in the dough is one of such popular and popular recipes that should be in the culinary notebook of every self-respecting housewife. Moreover, special work is not required to prepare an amazing dish. And raw materials - thatโs it: always at hand, and the rest of the ingredients are also present in any kitchen. Why not give it a try?

Fried apples in the dough (basic recipe)
So, we need to take about a kilogram of apples - ripe and preferably not small. When choosing the main ingredient, try to ensure that the fruits are not flawed (that is, that you do not have to cut segments). So your fried apples in the dough will turn out smooth and beautiful.
With the fruits, you need to make several preparatory actions that do not seem complicated. Well, firstly, they must be thoroughly washed. And then, without peeling the skin, cut out the core along with the bones and tails with a special device. If you donโt have this know-how, then donโt be in a hurry to get upset: this procedure can very well be done with a small knife, itโs just that out of habit it may not be as smooth as we would like. After removing the cores, we cut the product into rings (approximately the thickness of a finger).
We will also need as ingredients for cooking: a pair of eggs, half a glass of sugar, half a glass of flour, half a small spoon of baking powder, salt on the tip of a knife, lean oil for frying.
Cooking dough
To get delicious fried apples in the dough, you need to cook the right batter. To do this, beat the eggs with salt and sugar in a froth. Then, continuing to beat, slowly pour in flour and baking powder, trying to avoid lumps. This is the easiest but most effective option. The dough should be liquid, but stretch a bit (about like a fritters).
The process has begun!
We take a good and large frying pan, heat it and pour in the oil. When it warms up well, turn down the fire so as not to burn. Dip apple slices generously in batter - and right there in the pan! Hissing - it's okay, it should be so. Cook the fried apples in the dough on both sides to a blush (this happens quite quickly, so the advice is: do not go far from the stove and constantly monitor the process). Serve hot (but also in the cold, they will also be no less tasty), sprinkled with powdered sugar. We got tender inside and fragrant fried apples in the dough. Believe me, reviews of home and guests will be only positive. Children, by the way, love such "donuts" to dunk into something sweet. Give each child (or guest) jam or condensed milk in separate bowls for these purposes.
The apples in the dough are fried. Recipe number 2
This recipe is best for a picnic in nature or for meeting friends in the open air, however, wherever there is an open fire, grill or stove. Usually, meat dishes and baked vegetables are traditionally prepared on the street. But after all, after them, it is likely that many participants in the celebration will want something sweet as a dessert. In this case, fried apples in a dough on skewers is the best option: both tasty and healthy.
We just cook
We prepare the ingredients in the same way as in the basic recipe: we cut the apples in rings, make a batter. There are two options. You can string rings on wooden skewers and, dipping in the dough, fry until a blush in a large amount of oil. And you can string on metal (small) skewers and fry directly on open charcoal (it will drip a little, but this is normal, by the way, you can make a little thicker dough to prevent this). For a picnic - in the grocery sense - a great conclusion, and all guests will be satisfied with this simple and tasty dish.
