To do this, take 500 grams of this fish fillet, 4 large tablespoons of salt, 4 large tablespoons of vinegar, one small spoon of sugar, one medium-sized onion, bay leaf, cloves, vegetable oil , black pepper and sweet peas. Salt the fillets on each side (about two large spoons) and put them in a bowl. We remove it in a cool place, covering it with a lid. After a day, wash off the salt, cut the fish in portions.
