The recipe for plum tart with almonds does not fundamentally differ from the classic. You will need almost the same ingredients.

The main difference is in the process of preparing the filling. Indeed, in it our secret ingredient is almonds. Best of all, culinary experts advise chopping it into small crumbs, using a combine for this. In parallel, beat butter and sugar with a whisk or mixer until a lush white mass forms. Almonds and a beaten egg should also be added to it.

The resulting cream is thoroughly mixed and sent for 30-40 minutes in the refrigerator.

In order to give plums a piquant taste, sprinkle them with vanilla sugar and leave it to be saturated for 10-15 minutes.

We prepare shortbread dough in the same way and, after it has been infused in the refrigerator, we roll it into the correct circle throughout the baking dish. But further small differences begin from the classic recipe.

Oliver advises making small punctures in the test with a fork or knife. Pre-send the baking dish to the oven for 10 minutes. The temperature should be 180 degrees.

If you are afraid that your dough may get wet from the filling, then you can play it safe. To do this, grease it with protein and put in the oven only the dough for one minute.

Then we lay out the plums and pour the filling. Bake for 40 minutes at the same temperature. To make the tarte even tastier, it can be served with thick rustic sour cream or ice cream, best of all vanilla.
