Ingredients:
- Eight hundred grams of beef.
- One onion.
- Four cloves of garlic.
- Three to five tablespoons of tomato paste.
- Salt with spices.
- One tablespoon of flour.
- Three tablespoons of vegetable oil.
- Thirty grams of butter.
- Boiled water.
Cooking method
- Slice the beef into small, identical cubes. Salt them, add spices. They need to marinate a little, fifteen minutes is enough.
- During this time, you can have time to get rid of the husks of garlic and onions and chop them.
- In the miracle oven, set the mode to "Frying", and stop the choice of product on meat. Grease the bowl with vegetable oil and wait until it is well heated.
