Chicken fillet with cheese

One of the next evenings I decided what to cook for dinner, than to please my beloved men. I remembered that in the refrigerator lay chicken. I leafed through a couple of magazines with recipes, looked on the Internet and chose - I will cook chicken with cheese.

For cooking, we need 400 grams of chicken fillet, 100 grams of hard cheese (it is better to use Mozzarella cheese, since it does not bite after melting), 1 egg, pepper and salt, additional crackers for breading and seasoning. According to this recipe, the chicken fillet with cheese is juicy and tasty.

We beat the chicken fillet with a wooden hammer and cut it inside with a knife so that we get a pocket. We completely wipe the fillet with salt and spices, put a piece of cheese in our pocket, and pinch the edge with toothpicks. Next, roll the fillet in a beaten egg and breading in breadcrumbs. We heat the pan over low heat, grease it with vegetable oil and lay the chicken fillet with cheese. Fry until golden brown. The dish is ready, you can safely serve it to the table. By the way, chicken fillet with cheese is much tastier in combination with a vegetable side dish. I take cabbage, potatoes, tomato, onions, carrots, greens, garlic, all shredded and stewed in tomato sauce. With such a side dish and serve for dinner, my family is delighted with such a treat.

Another option - chicken with cheese and mushrooms, goes away with a bang. For cooking, you will need 400 grams of chicken fillet, 1 onion large, 200 grams of fresh porcini mushrooms, olive oil, 200 grams of hard cheese to choose from, mayonnaise, parsley, salt and, of course, pepper. We beat the chicken fillet thoroughly with a hammer, salt, a little pepper and fry in olive oil on both sides until a characteristic crust is formed. Mushrooms and onions, finely chop and fry in the same olive oil until tender. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Next, prepare the baking dish. We cover the bottom with mayonnaise (so that the fillet remains juicy), spread the fried chicken slice, put the mushrooms and onions on top, sprinkle with plenty of cheese and send to bake in the oven for 15 minutes. Sprinkle the finished dish with herbs and serve hot until the cheese has frozen and has become like rubber. Such dishes can be prepared even for celebrations, guests will be pleasantly surprised by your culinary creativity.

Chicken, among other things, goes well with rice. Chicken fillet with rice was offered to me by my work friend. I tried it, I liked it, I decided to cook it. We need 500 grams of fillet, 200 grams of ripe tomatoes, 200 grams of rice, a couple of cloves of garlic, vegetable oil, spices and salt. Rinse the rice and put on simmer. While it is boiling, cut the chicken fillet into a small cube and fry in vegetable oil. Tomatoes need to be peeled, so first we douse them with boiling water - the peel is fine. Cut the tomatoes into a cube and combine with the chicken, simmer for 10 minutes. We put the ready-made boiled rice to the chicken, salt, pepper and mix everything. Add garlic at the very end so that its flavor is not boiled. We serve the finished dish with a salad of fresh vegetables or just vegetable slices, as fresh vegetables are always asked for rice.

Chicken meat in itself is very healthy. It is classified as dietary, because it is even better absorbed than beef and pork, it has almost no cholesterol, a lot of easily digestible proteins and vitamins. In addition, chicken is cooked quickly and does not take as much time as, for example, cooking beef. Many nutritionists recommend including chicken meat in the diet at least 2 times a week, and even more often in children. It should be noted that it is important to distinguish between chicken fillet and broiler chicken fillet. Chicken meat is softer than chicken, so make no mistake when choosing.
