What can be prepared from meat? A lot of the most varied dishes. But if you choose something simpler, you immediately come up with the option of whites. In this case, you do not need any special ingredients, and those that are needed are always at home. The most common way to make these pies is to use yeast dough. We will cook today whitewash on kefir. The recipe, besides not one, will also be offered to your attention. In the first of them we use an oven for baking.
Standard whites
For the test you will need: three glasses of premium flour, two eggs, a glass of kefir, a tablespoon of sugar sand, four tablespoons of vegetable oil, one teaspoon of baking soda and salt. For the filling: 400 grams of minced meat, a glass of milk and three onions. Now we will tell you how to prepare whites on kefir. The step by step recipe is as follows. We mix kefir with soda in a cup and leave for 10 minutes. The kefir is more acidic, stale, the better the dough will rise. Add eggs, sugar, vegetable oil and salt to this mass, mix well with a mixer.

Pouring flour without stopping stirring. When the dough is ready, put it in a bag of polyethylene and forget about it for half an hour. Finely chop the peeled onions. Mix with minced meat, pepper, salt, add milk. Divide the dough into pieces about the size of a chicken egg and roll into flat cakes. We put minced meat on them and, connecting the edges, we make pies, leaving a small hole. We grease the baking sheet with vegetable oil and put our preparations on it, leave for 20 minutes. Preheat the oven to 150 degrees and put a baking sheet in it. Bake for 30 minutes. Then we take out our pies, put them on a large plate, grease with oil, cover for 10 minutes with a bag of polyethylene, and on top with a towel. Yogurt on kefir, the recipe of which is quite simple, ready. It is advisable to eat them immediately, until completely cooled.
Lazy whites on kefir
To prepare them, the following ingredients are needed: 0.5 kg of flour, one kilogram of minced meat, two glasses of kefir, half a teaspoon of salt, the same amount of soda, two glasses of vegetable oil. Well, how are lazy whites prepared on kefir? The recipe for their preparation (step by step) is below.
- Heat the kefir in a microwave oven until warm, pour soda into it, mix well and add sugar and salt, mix again and leave it for ten minutes at room temperature.
- In this kefir mixture, add a little flour, on a tablespoon, constantly stirring with a whisk. We make sure that there are no lumps. We take so much flour to make a dough of sour cream consistency.
- We heat the oil in a frying pan and put the dough on it with a spoon, forcemeat on top, then a little dough again, while small holes should remain on the sides.
- Fry on each side for about three minutes - until a golden crust appears. It turns out very fast whites on kefir. The recipe is super!
Another recipe for whites, dough
This recipe is also dedicated to the quick cooking of our favorite meat whites, which are hearty enough and taste great. Particular attention should be paid to the test, since in this dish it is it that largely determines the quality and taste of the finished product. It should be perfect consistency - not too thick and not too rare.
You can resolve this issue by adding more flour and reducing the amount of kefir. After practicing several times, experimenting with the ratio of products, over time you will achieve the desired result and will delight your loved ones, and yourself, with a great dish, which, by the way, can be eaten both hot and cold. We start making whites. The recipe for yogurt is slightly lower.
Ingredients and Cooking Whites
To complete this recipe, we need: 0.5 kg of minced pork, 100 grams of onion, half a liter of kefir, 350 grams of flour, four eggs, a teaspoon of baking soda, a spoonful of granulated sugar, vegetable oil, spices and salt. From this amount of ingredients, about a dozen whites should be obtained. Mix the minced meat with chopped onions, add pepper, spices and salt. Sift flour with baking soda and baking powder. Beat eggs and add flour, half kefir, sugar and salt to them.
We stir everything very carefully so that there are no lumps, pour out the rest of kefir and mix well again. We heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan, put the cobbled whitewash into it and fry: on the one hand - three to four minutes, turn on the other and another - five minutes. At the same time, as already mentioned, we make sure that the dough is not too liquid. If anything, fix it. We serve our ready-made lazy kefir on the table. The recipe, as we see, is available even to the most inexperienced person.
Yogurt with kefir with beef and pork
This dish easily replaces a traditional pancake breakfast. Ingredients: a glass of kefir, three eggs, one spoon of granulated sugar, three glasses of flour, soda and salt - a teaspoon each, a tablespoon of vegetable oil. For the filling: half a kilogram of mixed beef and pork minced meat, two onions, salt, spices, one spoon of sour cream and vegetable oil. Cooking whites on kefir. The recipe is as follows. We mix the ingredients for the dough, knead it and knead it for five minutes until it is elastic and soft.

Then we remove to the side and do the filling. Cut onion, mix with minced meat, salt and add spices and sour cream, as with it the filling will be more juicy. From the dough we make a “sausage” and cut into portions. We roll each into a flat cake, put the minced meat in the center, pinch it in a circle, leaving a small hole.
